Hello there!!! Whew. Feels good to be back shooting again and have something to blog. Today I give you a teaser of a few of my favorite images from Cassie and Max’s recent wedding at The Grand Hall in Kansas City. COVID threw a wrench in the works with this wedding for many reasons but Cassie and Max persisted. Their wedding was supposed to be in December but with city wide restrictions etc… they decided to push it back. Even with a fraction of the original guests, sub zero temps, and COVID restrictions thrown at this couple they were still able to joyously tie the knot and celebrate with those closest to them. All of us had to adjust but in the end it was a wonderful day full of celebration and meaning. These two were troopers throughout it all including when I made them stand out in the subzero temps for the perfect Kansas City skyline photo atop the Grand Hall at the Beacon Lounge at sunset. It was freezing yes but the photo is so worth it. I am so happy these two were able to have a version of the wedding they dreamed of safely. Congrats you two!
Enjoy some of my favorite images.
