Kelly & Dan | Kansas City Wedding Photography in Longview Mansion

Kelly and Dan, kindred spirits with  gentle souls. I feel so blessed to be part of their wedding day. Here is Kelly trying to brush the teeth of one of her bridesmaids. Lindsay, Kelly’s best friend since kindergarten, was watching her getting ready for her big day. Kelly’s mom putting on the necklace. Kelly’s best friend, Lindsay, was beaming when she saw her best friend in the wedding gown.   “She is so beautiful…” she kept saying to herself. My second photographer, Ria, captured the next two images. Kelly and Dan, with the help of families and friends, managed to fold about 1000 of these paper cranes for their wedding day. Kelly’s dad, upon seeing her in her wedding gown for the first time. A moment of celebration by Dan’s brother. (The photo above taken by Ria) I love how Kelly and Dan managed to steal a little private moment right after the ceremony.  Dan’s father couldn’t hold back his tears. The groom showing off his ring… (The photo above taken by Ria) Dan’s mom listening to the toast (and roast) by Dan’s brother. Kelly’s mom watching the couple’s first dance. Catching up with some school works. Waiting for the ride to the hotel. Congratulations, Kelly and Dan. And thank you for sharing your lives and hearts with us....
